The programme zero in providing a platform for VSEC students volunteers to get trained as resource persons. With the VSEC student volunteers and faculty members as audience they gain the confidence in serving as future resource persons for external programmes. The valuable suggestion and guidance from faculty members and peer group provides a stepping stone in the journey of being a resource person. 

Orientation sessions for newly enrolled VSEC volunteers is also an yearly programme provided by the training wing. Training for school teachers in necessary sunrise fields are also a part of this programme.
