The blooming wing is focused on developing career ready individuals who have an understanding of oneself, knowledge of career and work environments, formulating career goals and plans to achieve them.

This youth empowerment programmes will be conducted in association with local panchayaths for providing career advancement programmes such as Personality Development Training, Basic IT awareness, communication skills and soft skills such as the use of Office Utility applications. This wing aims to develop essential skills which will help the participants to access a better career opportunities.

These programmes will be carried out through online live classes.
